Event's IaaC - IAAC Staff at Trienal de Investigación FAU 2011 in Caracas

IAAC Staff Member and Project Manager for Fab Lab BCN, Tomas Diez is in Caracas, Venezuela to speak at the FAU Research Triennial 2011.

FAU Research Triennial 2011 is an event organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, FAU / UCV (to be held between 6th and 10th of June, 2011), which calls for teachers, students, professionals and general public to exchange research experiences and reflection on topical issues related to the thinking and practice of architecture and urbanism. With the participation of national and international speakers, this event is a continuation of International Research Week held in September 2008, which led to an exciting opportunity for exchange of the highest academic level around thematic areas of research proposed.

Within the traditionestablished in 2008, the program of this editionof the Triennal will also host its conference and the symposium, three simultaneous scientific events: the Third Conference on Research in the School of Architecture Carlos Raúl Villanueva; the XXIX Conference on Research Experimental Development Institute of Construction, IDEC Conference on Research and Planning Institute, IU. 

The meeting will be held at the headquarters of the Faculty, the university city, an architectural Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.
