Andrés Perea graduated in Architecture at the School of Architecture of Madrid in 1.965. In 1.967, he started lecturing on a Project course in this school. Since then, Mr. Perea has kept on teaching in many universities and bodies, both home and abroad (Barcelona, Madrid, Pamplona, Pavía, Roma, London, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Bogotá). Mr. Perea has also been awarded the Quality Prize of Madrid\'s Local Government (154 houses in Parque Loranca, Ciudad Jardín), “Urbanismo, Arquitectura y Obra Pública” Prize of Madrid City Council 1998 (for the Rafael Alberti Library), Sol-Thermic Prize on research. Furthermore, he has been selected several times in the Spanish Architecture Bienal, and his works have been featured in both national and international specialised magazines. He is currently working and lecturing at the Technical School of Architecture of Madrid.
